My career journey
Across industries, I kept finding the same truth.
I have spent my career helping organizations solve complex operational problems—from manufacturing and healthcare to automotive, construction, education, and start-ups.
The systems changed. The language changed. But underneath the process maps, performance goals, and transformation plans was always the same force: the way people made sense of the work and one another.
Today, I bring behavioral science, systems thinking, and storytelling together to help leaders understand culture as a human system they can learn to see and shape.
My goal is not to hand audiences a perfect answer. It is to help them ask a better question.
